Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta
The Minister of Finance,,Ken Ofori-Atta, will announce decisions taken by the government to address the recent economic challenges facing the country today.
Mr Ofori-Atta is expected to announce the government’s plans on how to cushion the economy in the midst of the current challenges.
Ahead of his submission today, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, at the Jubilee House on Tuesday, disclosed that “it is no secret that our economy is going through difficult times. It is also no secret that we are not alone in that exercise and that many of the phenomena we are facing are phenomena that are apparent in many other parts of the world as well.”
The President further noted that the government must, however, not be seen as “impotent in trying to find solutions” to the challenges.”
