Background
It could be recalled that Samuel Kwadwo Jantuah (Nana Jantuah) sued Maurice Ampaw and Wontumi Communications Limited for defamation on November 15, 2022.
After the said defamation suit, the Nhyira Fm morning show host was said to have posted on his Facebook wall the case which was still before the Kumasi High Court.
He later went on to discuss the merit of the court case on live radio (Nhyira Fm), which was captured on record.
The writ, therefore, contends that “the conduct and the actions of the respondents have seriously affected the fair trial and hearing of Suit No. GJ4/1/23, pending before this Honourable Court and has further undermined the authority of the Court to exercise final judicial power in determining matters between parties when the case is subjudice.”
The case presided over by Kumasi High Court 6 Judge, Patricia Quansah, has been adjourned to January 31, 2023.
