A Deputy National Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), George Krobea Asante, celebrated his birthday anniversary with children at the Osu Children’s Home on Saturday, April 5, 2025.
In a heartwarming event filled with smiles, songs, and shared moments, Mr. Asante described the experience as humbling and profoundly fulfilling. “It was a great experience to celebrate my birthday with these lovely kids,” he said.
Surrounded by the children and staff of the Home, he expressed deep gratitude to the management for their warm reception and tireless commitment to caring for the children.
“I’m highly indebted to the management of Osu Children’s Home. Thank you so much to everyone who came to support me. God bless us all,” he noted.
Mr. Asante used the opportunity to urge the public to draw closer to children in orphanages, listen to their stories, and be part of efforts to provide them with a brighter future. “Let’s get closer to these special children, listen to their concerns, and find a better way to address their needs. They are the future of this country,” he appealed.
He further recounted a touching moment when the children promised to be obedient, honest, and dedicated to their studies so he could return and celebrate another birthday with them in the future.
Mr. Asante further pledged continued support to the Home and encouraged others to contribute to the well-being and growth of children living in such orphanages.
