The New Patriotic Party (NPP) 2024 Election Review Committee has dismissed claims suggesting that a draft report on its ongoing election review process has been prepared.
In a rejoinder signed and released by William Yamoah, Secretary of the Election Review Committee, on February 25, 2025, the committee clarified that no such report exists, urging party members and stakeholders to disregard misinformation circulating in the media.
According to the statement, the committee is still in the consultation phase, actively engaging party members and key stakeholders to gather insights and recommendations. It assured the party faithful that all concerns raised during the process would be duly captured in the final report, which will be presented to the National Council upon completion.

“We urge all party members not to be misguided by the notion that someone’s opinion has already been formed,” the statement read. “When our report is complete, it will be evident that we have captured and presented all the concerns of our people to the National Council, who commissioned us.”
Dismissing reports that a draft document was being circulated, the committee stressed that the alleged document being referenced in some media reports does not exist.
