Once again, the propaganda machines have been activated — this time with a headline that reads more like a desperate cry for attention than a credible political analysis: “Bawumia dominates but NDC supporters back Ken Agyapong in NPP race – Africa Policy Lens Survey.”
Really? Since when did the opinions of opposition party supporters become the benchmark for choosing a ruling party’s presidential candidate?
Let’s be honest. The NDC is not afraid of Dr. Bawumia — they’ve already defeated him in the 2024 general elections with a margin that left no doubts. If anything, they would be more than happy to face him again. After all, his campaign was heavily resourced, government-backed, and media-hyped, yet he failed woefully to connect with the average Ghanaian.
So ask yourself:
• Why would the NDC be afraid of a man they already beat?
• Why would they support Ken Agyapong if they didn’t see him as a threat?
• When did NPP delegates start dancing to the tunes of NDC supporters?
The answer is simple: Ken Ohene Agyapong is the real game changer, and that is what scares them.
Ken doesn’t need to ride on government machinery to be seen — his work speaks for itself. He is a man of action, not talk. A man who has built from the ground up. A man who says it as it is and fights for the ordinary Ghanaian. Whether in Parliament, on the streets, or in the hearts of the youth — Ken commands respect and loyalty that no survey can distort.
We cannot afford to be misled by surveys designed to shape opinions rather than reflect them. This is the time for the grassroots to rise above media spin, state-fueled propaganda, and manipulative narratives. We know the truth — and the truth is, Ken is the people’s candidate.
This is not just about a flagbearership — it’s about the survival and strength of the NPP in 2028 and beyond. And if we want a candidate who can break barriers, ignite hope, and lead with boldness, then Kennedy Ohene Agyapong is the man we must follow.
Let those with ears listen.
