Gabriel Adovoe Kwabla Kwamigah, Founder & CEO of Sesi-Edem Company Ltd, Tanko Foundation, and TK Realties, popularly known as ‘Tanko Kwamigah’
Gabriel Adovoe Kwabla Kwamigah, the Founder and CEO of Sesi-Edem Company Ltd, Tanko Foundation and TK Realties, popularly known as Tanko Kwamigah, has set the record straight on claims that he is facing multiple court cases related to financial crimes or fraud.
He has categorically denied these allegations, emphasizing that the suggestion that such legal issues cast doubt on his eligibility for the position of Volta Regional Representative to the Council of State, as outlined in Paragraph (C), Clause (2) of Article 89 of the 1992 Constitution, is entirely false and misleading.
Per additional legal documents available, he is not embroiled in any legal disputes that could undermine his suitability for the position.
A rejoinder from his lawyers categorically states that neither Tanko Kwamigah nor any of his companies have ever been involved in multiple court cases, as reported.
Per the court document, the only brush Tanko Kwamigah has had with the criminal justice system was the one case in which he was discharged on 3 April, 2024 by the District Magistrate Court, pursuant to the advice of the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice indicating that there was no case against him.
