Claudia Lumor to host top Female CEOs Annual Summit

The founder and CEO of Glitz Africa, Claudia Kwarteng Lumor, will on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, host the top Female Chief Executive Officers in Ghana at its Annual Female Summit.

The event, which will be held in Accra at the Kempinski Hotel at 9 am, will see top female CEOs participating. It will have the VicePresident and NPP flagbearer, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, as the guest speaker.

The theme for this year’s summit is “Leading Ghana’s Digital Renaissance: Women CEOs Shaping the Future of Business and Innovation”.

The event, since its inception, has redefined the landscape of executive leadership through its impactful conversations and personalities, as being organised by Glitz Africa, an organization which has been in active operation for over a decade.

The CEO of Glitz Africa, Claudia Kwarteng Lumor, with a formidable background in law and economics journey in the corporate field over the past decade, has amassed a great wealth of recognitions and titles, including the Distinguish Fellowship Award, an honorary recognition for women in entrepreneurship, 40 most influential female leaders in Ghana, top 50 young entrepreneurs in Ghana, 100 most outstanding women entrepreneurs, most powerful players in African fashion in a UK publication, leading women of Pan – Africa among others.

As the convener of the Ghana Female CEOs Summit, Lumor brings with her a wealth of experience and a commitment to fostering gender diversity and inclusion in the upper echelons of business.

With a career spanning over a decade, she has not only excelled in her own professional journey, but has also been a staunch advocate for women’s empowerment in the workplace.

The Ghana Female CEOs Summit stands as a testament to Claudia’s dedication to championing women in leadership roles.

Known as one of the leading stalwarts of women empowerment and advocacy, her Glitz Africa banner has over the years showcased the exceptional achievements of female leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, public figures and creatives through its annual Ghana Women of the Year Honours, which will host its 9th edition later this year.

While honouring the female top guns in the country with the merit they deserve, she has consistently provided a platform for the youth through her organization’s SHE Summit Mentorship Series Programme. The Summit will also include a slew of leading female CEOs as speakers including, Patricia Obo – Nai (CEO Telecel Ghana), Osafohene Dr. Afua Asabea Asare, CEO of Ghana Export Promotions Authority, Kadijah Amoah (CEO, Pecan Energies Ghana limited), and Jacqueline Benyi (Managing Director, Enterprise Life Assurance Ltd Ghana).
