An aspiring parliamentary candidate of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Ernest Frimpong, has donated 100 bags of cement to support the building of a party office for the Amenfi East constituency in the Western Region.
He said the donation was a selfless act of his commitment to the progress of the constituency and his dedication to the success of the party.
Mr Frimpong assured delegates of the constituency that, if given the nod, he will lead and help bring development to the area.
Support
He called on all to support him when the hour comes to lead the NPP as its parliamentary candidate to recapture the seat from the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2024 general elections.
Appreciating Mr Frimpong for the gesture, the Amenfi East party executives praised him for his strong advocacy for development, and his commitment to actions.
“He understands that a strong constituency requires dedicated individuals who are willing to put in the work to see it thrive. The donation made by the communication team member is a testament to his commitment to the constituency. By this benevolent gesture, he is urging all his constituents to support him in his endeavors to make Amenfi East a better place for all,” the executives added.
