The Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital (KBTH) has undertaken its 2022 mid-year performance review.
The exercise, which started on Monday, August 15, 2022, and is expected to end today, August 23, 2022.
It is expected that by the end of the exercise, all departments in the Hospital will present activities undertaken at respective areas so far to Directors of the Hospital, peer reviewers and staff.
Data presented from the mid-year review is then validated by peer reviewers.
The mid-year performance review is led by the Policy Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit. It is aimed at taking account of activities carried out and outcomes achieved towards the attainment of the Hospital’s set objectives and respective targets.
It is also a learning exercise to enable the Hospital identify issues that need to be addressed to improve our collective performance.
