Fusani Yakubu Abanga
A member of the NPP National Communications Team, Lawrence Kwesi Botchway Jnr, has thrown his weight for an aspiring National Youth Organiser, Fusani Yakubu Abanga, popularly known as ‘Obiaa be didi’, saying he is the best person for the position.
Speaking on Accra based radio Original FM, he said going into the 2024 elections requires a youth organiser who is very resourceful, out spoken, smart and a good communicator to energise the youth to work hard to ‘break the 8’ mantra.
Kwesi Botchway Jnr, who doubles as the special aide to NPP Bono regional Chairman, Kwame Baffoe Abronye added that, Abanga will not run a youth wing that will depend on Ministers, CEO, DCE’s Director Generals, among other funding.
“Abanga will create his own resource channel for all NPP youth organisers so that they will not have to depend on DCE’s for survival and organising programmes,” he stated.
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) would be holding its national elections on July 15, 2022 to July 17, 2022 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
