A national organiser aspirant of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye, has outlined a 10-point strategic organizational plan for the party’s sustained growth beyond election 2024.
They are developing an all-inclusive and participatory activity master plan, operation recapture lost seat, strategic communication built on solid organisation and training, resource and logistic mobilisation, a stronger volunteer/identifiable group management system, continuous training and capacity building programme, special wings (youth, women & Nasara ) outreach programmes, strengthening the party’s membership drive efforts, digitisation (operational & organisational feedback system) and the strengthening of diaspora party activities and programmes.
The aforementioned, he explained, would resonate with both the delegates and rank and file of the NPP.
Nana Boakye disclosed this in a statement ahead of the campaign for the NPP National Organiser position, which begins on Thursday May 12, 2022 in the Ashanti Region.

Touching on the decision for contest for that position, he explained it comes from the enormous experience gained from his current position as the National Youth Organiser for the party.
“In July this year, the party will, once again, go to Conference to elect National Officers to lead the party for the next 4 years. Respectfully, I’m putting myself up to be elected as National Organizer of our party when the time is due. I have made this informed decision, premised on the enormous experience and relevant skills set I have acquired coupled with proven track record whiles rising through the ranks – from Polling Station, TESCON, Constituency, Region to my current position as National Youth Organizer,” he said.
As part of activities for the campaign, Nana Boakye said he would meet with “newly elected and appointed Constituency Officers and existing Regional Officers to put forth my vision and set of objectives as the next National Organizer of NPP.”
“I bring to the table rich and trusted experience in organization and leadership, and with a clear proven performance the organisational arm of the NPP under my watch will help deliver victory to our party people in 2024,” he indicated.
Additionally, he congratulated all party faithful who had be elected to various positions at the polling station, electoral area and constituency levels and wished unsuccessful aspirants better luck next time.
“I encourage all stakeholders to bury their differences and in unison, work assiduously to strengthen the party at the base to consolidate our electoral gains,” he added.
