
Pius Enam Hadzide, NYA CEO, addresses the constituents

The Chief Executive Officer of National Youth Authority (NYA), Pius Enam Hadzide, has pledged to attract businesses into the Asuoagyaman constituency to enhance the overall quality of life of residents in the area.
He made the pledge while performing a sod-cutting ceremony at Senchi for the construction of an astroturf park.
Simultaneously, some NPP members, including delegates in the constituency, ambushed the CEO of the NYA with a nomination form to run to become the 2024 parliamentary candidate in the upcoming primaries of the NPP.
Constituents’ support
The party members, mostly identified as “Friends of Pius”, called on him to help secure the seat which the NPP lost to the opposition NDC in the 2020 elections.
The group added that “Pius is vibrant, and can win the seat for the party in the 2024 general elections”. Mr Hadzide, after receiving the forms, thanked the youth for calling upon him to contest the seat.
He expressed his vision to transform the community and empower the people. He outlined a multi-faceted approach to achieve his vision, which includes collaborating with government agencies, private enterprises and non-profit organizations to facilitate investment in key sectors such as agriculture, technology and tourism.
